It is an absolute pleasure to write about my families experience with Rosanna Zingales and Team Zingales Realty. Buying/selling a house is like going on a dream vacation. You plan it out for months, even years! You have your perfect itinerary, bags packed in advance with everything imaginable, plane tickets, names of restaurants and places to visit. But, at the end of the day, itineraries don’t always go according to plan. You’re bound to forget something, your plane might get delayed in Nebraska, and maybe it just rains the entire time. You might wish you could just start again, plan another week, or year and hope the next time will all go according to plan. However, I would travel around the world with Rosanna. The itinerary would be perfect and she would make it happen. She would have bags packed, prepared for anything and everything, and even have a back-up bag planned to be shipped wherever you might be. She would know the pilot of the plane who would change course and fly you to the top of Everest if you wanted (because she knows the best of the best and has resources galore). The restaurants would know you by name, you’d get front row seats, and over-all, feel happy as a king. This is what its like working with Rosanna. She takes care of everything. She knows how to get things done professionally, and comfortably. She is the foundation of her community and if she needs anything, or if anyone needs anything it seems to happen effortlessly. But the piece of the equation that mattered the most to us was how our experience was also her experience. We had set backs. We thought we had everything planned perfectly and then something, out of our control, tore the rug out from under us. But Rosanna was there. She was there at 10 PM to take a phone call. She was there at 7 AM on a Saturday morning, drinking a cup of coffee with us because she knew that our kids would sleep until 8ish and we needed to get things done before they woke up. She became part of our lives professionally but was also always there to hold my 9 month old son while we looked at houses. And he fell in love with her too. She became, and is, part of our family now. We have now sold two properties and bought our dream house thanks to Rosanna. I whole-heartedly recommend her for any trip you’re family is getting ready to take. Because buying/selling a house is a crazy adventure.
